Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation without refund.
Pricing & Inclusions
Prices are dynamic and may vary based on availability, season, or third-party changes.
Any additional cost due to taxes, fuel surcharge, or service charges will be payable by the customer.
Third-Party Responsibility
Holiday Junction acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport).
We are not liable for any delay, loss, injury, accident, or service deficiency caused by third parties.
Itinerary Changes
The company reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or safety concerns.
Check-in / Check-out Policy
Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings will apply. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability.
Customer Responsibilities
Travelers must carry valid ID proof and necessary travel documents.
Any personal expenses, damages, or penalties will be borne by the customer.
Code of Conduct
Misbehavior, illegal activity, or non-compliance may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Force Majeure Clause
Holiday Junction shall not be held responsible for any delay, alteration, or cancellation due to events beyond control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions).
Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kota, Rajasthan courts only.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials belong to Holiday Junction and cannot be used without permission.
