Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer
30+ days prior: 10% deduction
15–30 days: 25% deduction
7–15 days: 50% deduction
Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation charges (No Refund)
Non-Refundable Bookings
Flights, certain hotels, peak-season bookings, and special deals are strictly non-refundable.
No Show / Early Exit
No refund for unused services, no show, or early departure.
Cancellation by Company
In rare cases, if Holiday Junction cancels a trip, a refund or alternate option will be provided.
No additional compensation will be applicable.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Payment gateway or banking charges will be deducted.
Amendments & Rescheduling
Date changes are subject to availability and may include additional charges.
Force Majeure Clause
No refund will be provided in case of cancellations due to natural calamities, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Dispute Resolution
Any refund disputes will be handled as per company policy and jurisdiction laws.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to legal action and permanent service restriction.
